FIRE SPINKLER SYSTEMS

• Engineering & Design

  • We use the latest CAD technology combined with onsite presence to produce Hydraulic Calculations and Layout Drawings for residential and commercial, as well as light industrial applications, new construction and retrofits.

• New Installations, Retrofits & Reconfigurations

  • Our team members have all the training and experience required to professionally deliver the project complete and on schedule so you can move into your home or open your business doors safer and sooner.

• Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (ITM)

  • In addition to a Licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor, we are also a licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspector by the Office of the Illinois Fire Marshal.

  • We offer periodic ITMs as required by NFPA-25 and in coordination with your municipality, Fire Department (FD), or the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Our ITMs are tailored to fit your specific system and its application. The goal is to always maintain a system that will perform as intended by design, shall the need arise.

PLUMBING

• A. New Private Water Service Lines

  • We have all the required licensure, insurance, equipment, and expertise to bring a new Domestic, Fire, or Combined Water Service pipe into your home or business.

• Backflow Device Installations, Testing & Repairs

  • Licensed as a Cross Connection Control Inspector (CCCDI), we offer full service for backflow valves/devices that are protecting the potable water system against contamination from sources like irrigation systems, heating systems, fire systems, dental equipment, chemicals-handling equipment and more. This includes all required annual testing & certification for all testable valves used for protection against cross-contamination.
